We Are Looking For Sites That Meet The Following Criteria:
- Minimum population in trade area of 20,000
- Median household income - $50,000 or less in trade area
- Percentage of renters - greater than 35% in trade area
- Target store size is 3,600 - 4,000 square feet with 40 feet of frontage
- Regional or Neighborhood Centers anchored by dominant or discount Grocery Stores or by National Discounters (ex. Wal-Mart), shadow centers, and non-anchored shopping centers. Desired Co-Tenants include: Dollar Stores, Auto Parts, Discount Shoe and Apparel Stores, Laundromats, and other value oriented retail and service tenants
- Sites with strong traffic counts that are highly visible, have easy ingress/egress, sufficient parking, no less than code required, highly visible store front signage and pylon signage
